ULTIMATE GREEN SMOOTHIE
Time: 5 minutes
Serves 1 person
INGREDIENTS: Use organic whenever possible
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 big handful of baby spinach
- ¼ avocado
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 medium apple, chopped
- ½ lemon, peeled
- 1 cup filtered water
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and gradually blend from low speed to high speed for about 30 seconds. Then blend on high for another 30 seconds to get a smooth consistency. If you want a sweeter smoothie, you can swap the apple for ½ a banana. Serve cold immediately. Enjoy!
