Halloween is over. The World Series is over… SF Giants win!!

But now there’s a residue of candy, nachos and booze that lingers. And so begins the slow, nay quick, descent into the holidays. Filled with celebrations and temptations.

You’re almost certain to fall off the health wagon, right?!  Not if I can help it…keep reading 🙂

The conundrum is that the holidays (a.k.a. A good excuse to indulge) is also the time of year when you need to be looking your best (see holiday dress above) and feeling your most energetic (for shopping, parties, family). Baked goods, lots of wine, and oodles of sugar are the opposite of what you need … And you know this!
